What if, between fund raising and sponsorships, I raise more than my player fees?

All amounts for fund raising and sponsorships are credited to the player's account.   After the player fees, indoor facility fees, and other costs are paid in full, players can use credit balances in their accounts to cover other expenses such as:

-- gate fees

-- travel expenses (requires a receipt for ducmentation) related to out of town games such as gas, hotels, meals, etc.  

Simply submit your receipts to the Dominator treasurer for reimbursement of these expenses.

Note: it is encouraged that players use up excess balance in their player accounts and not carry forward balances year to year.    Should a player leave the Dominator organization , credits in player accounts are forfeited and are non-refundable.
