♦♦ OC United 18u is based out of Cypress Ca. and works out in the local surrounding areas. The coaching staff has years of experience and a huge passion for both the instructional and competitive side of the game. Our staff feels strongly about challenging and motivating these young ladies both on and off the field. We believe it will help their overall work ethic as well as sharpen their playing skills. Keeping a sharp eye on academic's has always been part of their training regiment, with all players who have been under their direction throughout the years. A high level of respect for both one's self and others is promoted and held in high regard within our organization. Team dedication, self esteem, personal confidence and the desire to achieve an elevated level of success is always reinforced by our coaching staff. If this is something your daughter would like to experience and is up to the challenge, please do not hesitate to come out. ♦♦

Being more optimistic is a great goal! Setting small and achievable goals can be a great way to stay motivated. Try challenging yourself every day with positive and constructive activities like reading inspirational stories https://us.calmerry.com/blog/motivation/lemons-lemonade-how-to-be-more-optimistic/ or learning something new. Also, surround yourself with positive people who will support you in achieving your goals and lift your spirits when things don’t seem to be going so well.
