♦ ♦ Parents as you know the team will be heading to Denver Colorado to take part in the 2014 Sparkler, this page was created to help make sure that all the information you need to make your room reservations is available to you, along with some information about where we will be lodging and what's available......so lets get started. ♦ ♦

These items are a Must Do with NO Exceptions

1) All Reservations must go thru Comfort Suites Sales Director Lori Jones and NOT thru the Front Desk.

2) Each reservation must have the provided Cancellation Documention that includes your Credit Card information completed in full and sent to Lori Jones ASAP. This documentation is a TCS requirement and not a Comfort Suites requirement.

(NOTE) No Reservation will be honored unless Lori has this documentation on file before May 16, 2014 and completed in full.

3) Once you have completed your reservation process and receive a Confirmation number from Lori Jones please give that information to Head Coach Jayson, he needs it in order to register with TCS and meet their requirements setforth.

Deposit Policy: 3 day deposit due by 5/16/2014

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation date is May 16,, 2014 if reservation is cancelled after May 16, 2014 the 3 day deposit is not refundable

The Comfort Suites Southwest is located close to many area attractions including Elitch Gardens theme park and the U.S. Mint, located within minutes of this Lakewood, CO hotel. Our hotel is also close to the Colorado Convention Center. A wide variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges are within walking distance of the hotel.

Your Morning Breakfast is full of hot and delicious options, making breakfast at the Comfort Suites Southwest the perfect way to start your day. Enjoy our free hot breakfast featuring eggs, meat, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal and more, including your choice of hot waffle flavors! If you're leaving early, a Your Suite Success™ Grab & Go bag is available for the two hours prior to breakfast.
