√ TBD Flash outdoor practices midweek or Saturdays TBA at either: 1) Fischer's Park (assemble at bathrooms) 1.5 miles west on Bustard Rd. (aka the other direction on Forty Foot from the main light at the Luk Oil gas station); or, @2) Centre Pointe office complex 1/2 mile north (downhill) on Detwiler Rd. (assemble left rear side of bldg. as you face it).

Nicholas Caldwell ($16) meet #1 extra events; Lily Domjalski-Weeden ($50 bounced check+$15 fee) for Benjamin Weeden. Jackie Curley-Katrishen ($100 bounced check+$15 fee) for Jacques & Olympia.
√ Next practices THIS Tuesday and Wednesday, 3/7 & 3/8, 6:30p. Assemble outside in Dock lot-do not enter bldg. At 6:45 we will drive 0.25 miles to Centre Pointe outdoor practice site; 5 laps to the mile (see above@).
√ Next meet Fri. March 9 (per event schedule; meet link appears again at end of last paragraph below). Staten Isand, New York. Assuming meet mgt. allows, fib that you are an assistant coach and obtain BIB no. at packet-pickup upon entering facility. Take only yours-return manilla to packet-pickup. Otherwise, locate packet in stands. Assemble, in stands, center only (top middle bottom OK). See below# for additional suggestions. Infield 55H, 55. Bring spikes; 1/4" pyramid only. Watches and jewelry cannot be warn during competition. Spectator fees.
√ Suggested Staten Island hotel reservations by Feb. 3 (Holiday Inn, Comfort Inn, (Hampton* or Hilton*; *ask for USATF room block discount)) for March 10 (1-2 nights); and, early dismissal from school at 11am, #Friday March 10; many events start 3:00 pm (event check-in 2:15 and sequestered). Generous free parking at the huge boardwalk (no vendor strores-buildingless) lots north/south of track. Bodega 2 blocks south of track. $50 binders due for National Trials (refundable if you: do not qualify for Nationals, if you attend Nationals, or are not cleared by a coach to move on to Nationals).
