The league participated in their end-of-the-season vote for Coach of the Year, Best Goalie, M.V.P., and Best Defenseman. The league leading scorer was also determined. Congratulations to the winners! 1. League leading scorer: NICK JANCURA, #9 from North Royalton - 17 goals and 13 assists for a total of 30 points in all league games. 2. Coach of the Year: RANDY HRABAK from Medina - Randy led his team into finishing the season in the #1 spot in the league and also as Champions in the 2006 Buckeye Cup (second win). 3. Best Goalie: TERRY GIBBONS, #33 from Medina - 30 games played, 572 shots faced, 8 shutouts 1.81 season goals 4. M.V.P.: TERRY GIBBONS, #33 from Medina 5. Best Defenseman: The original vote led to a tie, and the tiebreaker still resulted in a tie. Congratulations to the CO-Best Defensemen - MATT SAUDERS, #19 from Jackson and JONATHAN BUCHEK, #15 from Lakewood. The league also voted in a new commissioner, Tammy Mummert.
