The Bulldogs (5-4-1) made short work of the Tanners on the weekend winning both games without allowing a run and giving up just three singles. The Bulldogs staff has now not allowed in a run in the last eighteen innings and just two in the last twenty three,
On Sunday the Bulldogs had their biggest run and hit output on the year in the 7-0 victory at a steamy Morton field.
Offensively the Bulldogs had five players with multiple hit games and the league leader in most every offensive category, Zac Talis had three hits and two runs batted-in.
Zac Levine pitched a one hit shutout striking out six for his first victory of the year after three starts.
The Bulldogs go into the Fourth of July break with a busy four game week starting at Bentley College versus the Reds on Tuesday evening.
