(New Players - Please bring a copy of your birth certificate)

Spring League Opening Day April 26^th Kost Kids (age 5-7) 10 - under (Mon. & Wed.) 12 - under (Tue. & Fri.) 14 - under (Sundays)		Summer League Opening Day ~June 30^th 12 - under 14 - under (Tue. & Fri.) 19 - under (Mon.)
	Registration Fee $40 Single Player $20 Additional family member $75 Family Maximum $25 Kost Kids Out Of Town Teams $400
Registration Dates May 27th, 28th, 30th, June 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th, & 8th. 6pm - 7:30pm AT Kost Fields For directions goto our Location page or goto Google Maps Important Note! You MUST sign-up by Sunday, June 8 as late sign-ups will NOT be accepted. If you mail in your form, mail it to the address on the form & postmark it by June 7.
