U8 & U12   Sept 13th& 15th   6-8pm

U10 & U14 Sept 14th & 16th    6-8pm

Attendance atboth tryout dates is Mandatory

the Winter into the Spring?  Want more of a challenge?

Then Storm is for you!!!!

We invite ALL Players to try out for our Pawtucket Storm teams….

 

Come and be a part of our State ChampionshipTeams!!!!!

 

Atryout process chooses players for Select teams and they play an indoor andoutdoor schedule against select teams from other communities. U8 & U10 is developmental and all players will be placed on a team. Older age group candidates who try-out may not all be selected.

 

Whatis Storm Select Soccer?

Comparedto Fall Recreational Soccer, Select Soccer is a much more significantcommitment to the game.  During the first and second session of indoorsoccer, most teams will practice indoor once per week and play one game eachweek. During spring outdoor soccer, practice will be one to two sessions each weekwith a game on the weekend.  Before deciding to try-out for select soccer,a player and his or her parents must be willing to make a commitment to attendpractice and games.

 

Whatis the Duration of the Select Soccer Season?

Duringthe late fall and winter, the majority of Select Teams play indoor soccer. Indoor soccer begins for most teams around the end of Oct or early Nov.This will be the training for our Spring Select outdoor soccer that starts inearly April and ends in late June.

 

Howmuch travel is involved?

Duringthe indoor season, players are asked to travel to the indoor site to play theirgames. Some teams play in Warwick, North Smithfield, Somerset and Uxbridge. Inspring, a team usually plays four home games and four away games. All springgames are in state.  Tournaments involve additional travel.

 

Whatis the Cost?

Thecost for the 3 sessions will be approximately $300 payable in one payment ormulti payments.  There are alsoadditional costs for uniforms, tournaments, etc…. Once accepted you willreceive a letter with the information and opportunity to fundraise.  Credit card payments are accepted.
