Marist Sophomore Kevin Bugos ran 35 miles a week from November 2018 through January 2019, and built a strong running base in preparation for the 2019 Track and Field season.
On Saturday, February 2, 2019, Kevin Bugos received his first reward for a winter of hard work.
In the 1600m run, Kevin Bugos ran the first 400m in 71.14 seconds, and then ran the next 400m in 77.00 seconds (2:28 800m split), and then ran the next 400m in 79.00 seconds (3:47 1200m split), and then ran the final 400m in 80.00 seconds for a PERSONAL BEST time of 5:07.14.
