Marist Junior Lucas Pennix finishes in THIRD place in the 1600m at Glenbrook North Spartan Indoor Classic!

In the Varsity 1600m run, Marist Junior Lucas Pennix dropped 12 seconds (5:15.73) to finish in THIRD place with a season best time of 5:03.80. Lucas Pennix ran the first 800m in 2:34, and then ran the final 800m in a NEGATIVE split of 2:29.80 for an official time of 5:03.80.
Marist Sophomore Caleb Davis ran the first 800m in 2:32, and then ran the final 800m in 2:44 to finish in seventh place with an outstanding time of 5:16.80.
Marist Sophomore Peter Derdzinski ran the first 800m in 2:43, and then ran tyhe final 800m in 3:01.40 for an outstanding time of 5:44.40.
