03-6-2005 Rockets 12U '92 took the field for the first time in 2005 during the Camp David Tournament and suffered a disappointed loss in all pool games and was eliminated completely during the first bracket game. Anyone or any team can have a bad weekend. The coaches have really been pushing the team to be aggressive. Often this will lead to mistakes which can be costly to a team. Coaches all agreed that is was best to make the errors now and work through them early in the season. "We are not to concerned about this tournament in Nebraska, we came to get a look at some live pitching and work our team on the field. Playing indoors is very challenging for a power hitting team like the '92 Rockets everything just bounces off the walls or ceiling. The true test will be when we get to our first outdoor tournament." HeadCoach Ballard. The Rockets take the field again March 18 during the Independent Tournaments Second Annual"Iceberg Open".
