From the D&B Sporting Events website:
April 29, 2005 - 05:00 PM -- PLEASE READ BACK UP PLAN BELOW WHICH IS NOW IN EFFECT. WHILE WE DO NOT EXPECT RAIN TOMMORROW OR SUNDAY THE FIELDS HAVE TAKEN A POUNDING AND WE HAVE TO PUSH BACK THE TOURNEY TO START TIME OF 12PM SAT.APRIL 30,2005.
Backup Plan: Postpone games, rework fields, and move to double elimination tourney for all age divisions. $50 will be refunded to a team in the event that they do not get 3 games in (we have done the math and this will only effect about 9 teams in the entire tourney ie..if you win at least 1 game you will play 3 games regardless) teams will have the choice to get $50 back off entry fee or choose to apply it to another tourney of ours in the future.
***remember that most tourneys and tourney directors would offer you no money back so long as you complete 2 games but we care about your team and we want you back!!!* We will match these back up plans to any tourney company in the midwest and we stand behind our company's dedication to hardwork to make every event successful!
