2012 Football Player & Cheer Registration

Returning Player & Cheer Registration will be on
Thursday, April 19th & 26th.
NEW Player & Cheer Registration will be on
Thursday, May 3rd, 10th & 17th.
Last Chance Registration will be on
Thursday, May 31st.
$255.00 for Football
and
$150.00 for Cheer
there will be NO Fundraising
from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Shawn O'Donnell's Restaurant
(Lower Level on 128th in Everett)
You may complete the registration forms at registration, or complete
them ahead by filling out required documents under 2011 Football Season below.
Please bring a copy of your football players birth certificate as we will need it for our files.
(Not required for Cheerleaders)

About Silver Lake Football Association
VISION STATEMENT:
Silver Lake Football Association provides superior youth tackle football, arena football, lacrosse and cheer programs for youth between the ages of 7 and 14. MISSION STATEMENT: Silver Lake Football Association provides an environment for growth, integrity, guidance, instruction and discipline our sport programs.
HISTORY:
Established in 1998, SLAA exists to bring a quality youth tackle football and cheerleading program for children ages 7 to 14 in the communities of Silver Lake, Silver Firs, Mill Creek and the greater Everett area. We compete in the NORTHWEST JUNIOR FOOTBALL LEAGUE (formerly known as Richmond Junior Football) of North King and South Snohomish counties. Our age and weight chart is designed to keep teams fair, safe and competitive. You'll have the best equipment around - helmet, shoulder pads, jersey, pants, pads, and cheer uniforms. Silver Lake Football Association is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations to SLFA are tax-deductible. If you give through United Way, you can designate all or a portion of your contribution to Silver Lake Football Association.
