CALLING ALL FOOTBALL PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADERS!!!!

Discounted "Sign Up Prices" Silverlake Timberwolves Merchandise

will be available FOR SALE at sign ups (Cash / Credit Cards Only)

Returning Player & Cheer Registration will be on

Thursday, April 19th & 26th.

NEW Player & Cheer Registration will be on

Thursday, May 3rd, 10th & 17th.

Last Chance Registration will be on

Thursday, May 31st.

$255.00 for Football

and

$150.00 for Cheer

there will be NO Fundraising

from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Shawn O'Donnell's Restaurant

(Lower Level on 128th in Everett)

You may complete the registration forms at registration, or complete

them ahead by filling out required documents under 2011 Football Season below.

Please bring a copy of your football players birth certificate as we will need it for our files.
