U12,13,14  NSVBC Team Tryouts

Tryout Registration Info

Things to do before tryouts:

 A.) ALL players need to Register online before the
  NSVBC tryouts begin. On the left side of this page -
  click on the tryout "button" for the sign-up link.
  This will take you to the event registration site.

 B.) If you are a returning club player, print out and bring the completed form below to the tryouts.

 C.) If you are a new club player, you need to create an
  account with USAV-Badger Region Volleyball, then buy
  the $10 tryout membership. Here are the steps:
  1. Go to  badgervolleyball.org
  2. Click on - 2016-2017 REGISTRATION
  3. Fill out all fields & sign up as a NEW member
  4. Make sure to click/open all waivers & agreements
  5. Purchase the $10 tryout membership  
  6. Print out your member card

   Bring these forms to tryouts:
  1.) Print & fill-out Medical Release form
  2.) Print & fill-out Concussion form
  3.) Print your Badger Member Card
