Sign-ups for cheerleaders will continue through Aug 13th. A time will be set when you will need to sign up in person with your association and you must provide: * Your child’s original/certified copy birth certificate or passport * Proof of residence (A CURRENT GAS, WATER OR ELECTRIC BILL) * Report card of the most recent complete year COPY FOR ASSOCIATION TO KEEP must be provided before first practice. * A physical using the PhysicalForm from AZ Pop Warner must be completed before a participant may practice. It must be stamped AND signed.
