Astros - Fall 2003 - 11/11 update

The game on Wednesday is officially moved to 7:30pm to accommodate our basketball players. We are Home team so get there ~ 6:30pm for batting practice.
Playoff week of the season starts next Monday, 11/10. It is a single elimination Tournament with a possible 3 games. I know basketball starts with games this week, so keep me posted.

11/12 Wed 7:30pm E Astros vs winner of game C
11/13 Thu 7:00pm Winner of Game D vs winner of game E
When we are HOME team we get the batting cages 1 hr before game time for 25 minutes. When we are VISITING team we get the cages 35 minutes before game time.

Lewis - We All Miss You - Get Well Soon

Lewis,
Hope you are feeling better. The most important thing of all is that you need to rest and let your injury heal. The Astros miss you and they need you for the playoff and the championship game.
So rest up and be ready to play ball.
The Astros
Hi Coach - well Lewis is doing alot better. He does have a blowout fracture and is on bed rest for the next couple of days. We are going to a specialist tomorrow to see what the options for the fracture are. We then go back to the opthomologist on Wednesday and hopefully Lewis will be cleared to go back to school, etc.
The opthomologist said they usually don't do anything about a fracture like this so he'll just be recuperating for awhile.
