Can you believe the 2014 season is almost over? This year we will be celebrating in a whole new way and want you there to celebrate your children's growth and successes during the 2014 season.
Please thoroughly and carefully read this and the attached forms. Everything you need to know about the End of the Year Party is included here.

Let's Party Like It's 2014 This year we will have fun like never before. How does a plate full of yummy food and two (2) hours of unlimited ARCADES sound to you? We will be hosting our year end party at The Fantastic Party Palace located inside Miami's Auto Museum on Sunday, May 18, 2014.
There will be fun, food and games for all ages. All children ages 2 and up must have a bracelet to enter the facility. All registered players who RSVP will be provided with one free bracelet for entry/food. There is a huge playhouse for children under 5 as well as a ball pit and many age appropriate toys. There is also a huge arcade facility with tons of different kinds of awesome games to play.
You MUST RSVP to attend! You must also return two forms, the player/family RSVP and a waiver form (attached at the bottom and also in the handout section) for the facility. These must be returned by May 6, 2014 to your TEAM MANAGER. Without these forms we cannot guarantee food or entry.
- Rookies and Minors Jr. Divisions are invited to attend between the hours of 11am and 1pm.
- Minors, Majors and Juniors Divisions are invited to attend between the hours of 1pm and 3pm.
Parents are invited to attend at no charge. If you anticipate that you would like to eat/play, the fee will be $10 all inclusive.
All children 2 and up must have a bracelet to attend, this includes siblings and friends. Bracelets will provide food and unlimited arcade games.
ALL REGISTERED PLAYERS ARE FREE! The fee is $15 for the first sibling and $12 for each sibling thereafter.
Please do not forget to return the forms below with any necessary money to your team Manager no later than May 6, 2014 to reserve your space!
Trophy distribution for all those teams that have completed their games will be held on site!
