Welcome to the Astros homepage. The Astros completed a highly sucessful season by posting a regular season record of 11 wins, amd 7 losses - 2nd best in AAA!! They earned a right to play in the playoffs, losing by one run and coming up just short of making it to the championship game.
Highlights for the team include a six game winning streak, a three-hitter against the first place team, a 2nd place finish in the regular season, and a trip to the playoffs, where they made a valiant comeback finally losing by a score of 9-8 after being down by 7 runs.
Congratulations to our Wooten Award winner for 2003, Gabriel Ybarra. His dedication to the game and inspirational play was admired by many. Congrats also to Spenser Linney, who was named to the official Alameda Little League All Star Team for 9/10 year olds and Alex Ducey who was selected for the 9-year old Alameda All Stars.
