Hello everyone, I bring you greetings from my husband, Coach Griffin. He wanted me to tell everyone hello and he misses you all. He expects all of you to do well this summer and continue to strive for excellence while training. The AAU has sent out the schedule for the practice and various qualifier meets. Athletes it's very important that you do your best workout at each and every practice because I want to see all of you competing for the GOLD in Detroit, Michigan. Remember to stretch and stay hydrated. Also, directions will be provided at the practice prior to each of the meets for parents who choose not to follow us to the meets. Jackie Griffin
