Donald Buckram, Jasmine Clarke, Robert Griffin, Valerie Hancock and Alphonso Powell all completed at the "Games of Texas" at Baylor University on 26-28 July 2002. Their efforts along with two records broken by Donald (110m hurdles) and Robert (400m Dash) qualified them for the "State Games of America" held in Hartford, Connecticut on August 2 - 7, 2003.
