The number one priority for every Volunteer in the Little League Program should be Safety. Creating a safe environment for the children and all the volunteers should be first and foremost in everything we do. Many rules and regulations that have been established by Little League Baseball Inc. cover safety of the game itself. Effective March 2, 2006, the Little League Baseball and Softball Charter Committee has approved relocating Hawaii into the West Region, and Wyoming into the Northwest Region for tournament purposes from 2006 and beyond.
