WORLD SERIES AND REGIONAL TOURNAMENT APPLICATION PROCESS

It is time to start submitting your applications for the World Series and Western Regional Tournaments. In order to provide consistancy and clarity with this years applications, the following recommended process must be followed.
1. Tournament Applications can be found on the main Little League web site at www.LittleLeague.org, just click on forms and publications. All Tournament Applications must be returned to Regional Headquarters by November 1, 2017.
2. Only one applicant for each level of tournament may be submitted per district.
3. Each applicant must be on a seperate form.
4. The form must be completely filled out and signed by the District Administrator.
5. The volunteer application attached to the Volunteer Form must be filled out completly and signed for each candidate. Your Social Security Number (SSN) is required and must be on the Volunteer Form along with a copy of your drivers license or state issued identification card. Do not use the returning volunteer form to apply for tournaments.

Note: Any forms not filled out completly will be returned to the District Administrator. Forms recieved after November 1, 2017 will not be considered.
Any candidate who has previously umpired a World Series or Regional Tournament at any level should not be submitted again for the same level.
