With the approval of both Little League and the Western Regional Headquarters we are pleased to announce the formation of the Western Region Little League Umpire Alumni Association (WRLLUAA).
This Association was created by umpires solely for umpires at the Western Regional facility in San Bernardino, CA. All monies donated and collected will be used exclusively for the improvement of the training facility for umpires at the Western Region as well as other items determined to better the experience for all umpires who attend training or are honored to be selected to umpire at the Western Region Little League Baseball Tournament in San Bernardino, California.
All of the funds collected will be separated from all other funds within the Western Region and will be spent pursuant to determinations made by the Board of Directors established by the membership of the WRLLUAA. All donations are tax deductible. Membership is open to all those who have had the honor of umpiring at any Regional Tournament in the Western Region. Donations are also welcome and appreciated. Initial response has been overwhelming. The first membership meeting took place on August 13, 2005 in San Bernardino, California. At that meeting,  members were elected to the Board of Directors.
