As per the note below from the City the start of the season is delayed till May 10th.

Ottawa City: "Because of the wet weather, ball diamonds will not be opening now until Tues. May 10th at 4:00pm. A PSA will be going out today"

The following games are canceled and will be re-scheduled:

We received word from the city that the diamonds won't be open till Wednesday May4th.  This means the first 4 games of the regular season have been rescheduled as follows:

Tuesday 3-May 6:30 East Side Marios vs Taggarts -> Tuesday 30-Aug 6:30

The GCMFL is ready to start it's 40th season of fastball in the Kanata.  This season we have 10 teams who will play 16 regular season games through out the spring and summer months as well as a league tournament at the end of June.  The first regular season games get underway on Monday May 2nd at 6:30 at A.Y. Jackson in the Glen Cairn area of Kanata.
