Our Wrestler of the week for February 25, 2008 is:
Elijah Dale, Jacob Mirly, Jimmy Huskey, Brian Duncan, Chris Repple, Nickolous Duren, Zachary Durbin, Jackson Hanify, Luke Weiland, Brock Wingbermuehle, Chandler Sykes, Cole Hamai, Brett Feager, Carly Valleroy, Cody Tesson, Dillon Harris (House), Tommy Scott, Alexander Langley and Jacob Mueller share wrestler of the week honors for outstanding performances at the AAU State Tournament.
The entire team wrestled well at the AAU State tournament. These wrestlers did particularly well. Chris, Jackson, Luke, Brock, Brett, Carly, Joe, Cody, Dillon, Tommy and Jacob each won an AAU State title. Every other guy listed here placed high in very tough brackets.
Special recognition goes out to our four Triple Crown winners. The Triple Crown winners were Luke Weiland, Chris Repple, Max Newbury and Brock Winbermuehle. This is the second year in a row that Brock has won the Triple Crown. That is quite an accomplishment.
Congratulations to the Fox JagWarriors on their sixth consecutive AAU State title. Let's keep it going into the USA State series!
