Schedule YSBA AllStar schedule and results is follows. The boys played great and it was a super way to finish playing on the small diamond. What a pleasure:

• Game 1 - Saturday 8AM against Team Toronto on Armstrong 2: Toronto 3 - YSBA 2. A great battle won on a home run by Toronto in the 5th inning. In the 6th YSBA loaded the bases and had the tying run thrown out at the plate on a come backer to the pitcher.
• Game 2 - Saturday 1:30PM against London District on Armstrong 1: YSBA 8 - London 4. YSBA jumped put to an early lead batting around and scoring five in the first inning. Dane G (Barrie) stuck out 8 of the first 10 batters he faced.
• Game 3 - Sunday 9:00AM against Intercounty on Armstrong 1 ICBA 6 - YSBA 0 . YSBA put runners on base in each of the first four innings but could not get on the board.

The YSBA All Star Tryouts are over After a final gruelling tryout the YSBA All-Star team was selected. The team will now compete in the Ontario Affiliate All-Star team tournament this coming weekend (Sep 16-17) hosted by YSBA. The tournament will be held in Newmarket. Games begin at 8AM at the Armstrong Diamonds. Congratulations goes out to:

Next action: The YSBA Affiliate all-star team will practice Tuesday and Thursday night at Armstrong Diamonds in Newmarket beginning at 6:30PM. The diamonds are at 12 Shoniker Dr, in the new development southwest of the Yonge and Mullock intersection. 2006 All Star tournament The OBA affiliate all-star tournament is going to be held in Newmarket on 15-17 Sept. York Simcoe will enter 1 team into this tournament. There will be NINE teams in this tournament representing the main affiliates in the OBA. Some of the other all star teams that will be represented are:
