If you did NOT play with the 2005 Red Sox and are interested in a tryout with the team for the 2006 season please send a tryout request for details. NOTE: As per YSBA policy from September 15 to October 31 there is an open tryout period and a release from your local centre is not required in order to practice, work out or tryout with another centre in the YSBA. Also note that this invitation is NOT open to players in other OBA Affiliate Associations the policy only applies to players within the boundaries of YSBA.

"All YSBA players are free to practice or tryout with any team within YSBA between the dates of September 15 and October 31 of the same calendar year, but they cannot sign a roster until properly released from the local association that holds the player's playing rights."
