Congratulations to senior captain Henry Phalen who became the 6th runner in MHSCC history to break the 17-minute barrier! His 16:54 at the Joe O'Neill Invitational at Bellevue State Park Friday ranks him No. 5 overall on Milford's all-time fastest 5K list.

Dylan Schleigh also shaved a minute off his career-best with a 24:20, while Taylor Hoey ran her fastest with a 24:09. Kevin Johnson ran a season-best 19:59 -- one second off his career best.
