Mavericks Lose Two Closely Fought CIF Open Division Road Games

The 2017 Mavericks won the Avocado West League Championship for the Fourth Year in a row with a 14-1 league record, and then lost CIF Open Division Playoff Games at Rancho Bernardo 2-4 and then Eastlake 1-3 to finish another great year at 24-7.
The Open Division includes the top eight teams in all of San Diego.
