VARSITY CLUB HOCKEY 2019-2020

Congratulations and welcome to the Lancaster Varsity Club Hockey!

We are holding a parent meeting on Friday, November 15th at 6 pm in the board room at Westwood Park Indoor Baseball Facility. A parent must attend this meeting.

Costs

Your first payment of $250 (of a total of $1100) is due tonight (unless you made a September preseason payment). Checks or money orders can be made out to LANCASTER CLUB HOCKEY. Your remaining payment of $850 is due 12/1. Payments can be given to your team manager or directly mailed to me at the address below. If you need jerseys, the cost is $220 for both home and away jerseys. Please use a separate check with “jerseys” written in the memo field. Your son must register with AAU Sports before he goes on the ice. Go to AAU sports; our code is WYA68E. Please purchase the $18 extended option and bring the copy of your registration with you to the meeting. Practice Squad: If chosen for the practice squad the initial cost is $700. Practice squad players will be charged $20 per game you dress up to $400 extra. Practices squad players are required to purchase jerseys and attend all team practices and functions.

Other Important Information
Parent duties: A list will be made up asking parents to volunteer for home game duties. These duties include gate fee collectors and people to run split club. This list will be done with your manager.
Team Manager: Need a manager to run the team on game days and assist the coach in any paperwork needed.
