Next week we will be announcing the official tryout dates for 2018 Track and Field season. We are excited to offer a schedule with multiple track meets this year rather than only competing at the district meet as we have done in the past. If your student is planning on participating in Track & Field this spring, they will need to bring the following documentation in order to be permitted to tryout.

• Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form (to be completed by a physician)
• Medical History Form
• Concussion Acknowledgement Form
• Sudden Cardiac Awareness Form
• Steroid Agreement Form
• Athletic Handbook Agreement Form

All documents may be picked up from the Athletics Office, the Front Office, or Coach Stice, and must be complete in order for the student to tryout. The deadline to submit documentation will be the day before tryouts to ensure all paperwork is complete and the coach can anticipate attendance. If documentation is not properly submitted, the student will NOT be permitted to attend tryouts, per district and campus compliance policies.
