The banquet guest list is complete and there are more seats available if anyone wants to invite extra family and friends. Please advise Barry of any additional guest requests as soon as possible.

Players & coaches will sit together as teams. Guests will be sitting at other tables (no reserved tables).

Payment ($30 per guest) is due not later than Thursday 20 July. Tickets will be picked up that day for me to distribute. Tickets will not be sold at the door and the organizers will not be handling cash the night of the banquet.

Please note that the Carnarvon ball field must be properly maintained at all times.

On completion of practices / games – the infield must be raked, the mound and plate areas must be flattened and raked. mound and plate area tarps must be put in place. Finally, we need to make sure that the equipment area and cage are locked up.
This procedure must be followed unless there is a team using the field directly behind the Eagles and they are present!

Parents, please assist by looking around the field before you leave with your players and get them to correct items with their team mates before leaving the field.

Lets’ all respect the Carnarvon field use policy to ensure we maintain continued use of our host field.

All players should attend all practices unless specifically excused by the coaches. If players are working through minor injuries or stresses, they can still do light workouts with the team and assist the coaches with drills (catching for infields / shagging balls / etc). If there is a reason to miss practice please let the coaches or I know as early as possible.
