Thursday October 6th at 7:00pm Cudahy-St. Francis Little Baseball Association will be hosting the annual delegation meeting at Light Palace in Cudahy.

This is your opportunity to make your voice heard. Each Team Manager is a delegate from Hardball, Fastpitch, Machine Pitch, T-ball, and Challengers. They are encouraged to bring TWO additional delegates (assistant coaches or parents) with them to become voting members at this delegation meeting. Any parent in the organization may also attend the meeting to speak or listen to the proceedings. All board positions are open for election of new candidates. The Chairperson is a 2-year-term position, and is open for election this season. The Treasurer is open for election and is also a 2-year-term. However, Treasurer will be on a 1-year-term for 2017 in order to again be staggered with the Chairperson term. Player Agent is returning as a board position for the 2017 season. Grounds Director and Challengers Coordinator are non-voting positions. This means the position does not require monthly meeting attendance. We encourage all delegates and members of CSFLBA to attend this meeting as well as anyone who may be interested in running for a board position.

CSFLBA is a volunteer based organization. All programming, finance, and buildings and grounds upkeep is maintained by parent and community volunteers year-round. This great responsibility is made easier with the help of many of you who participate in our organization. We welcome anyone to join us to make the 2017 season as successful as it can be. For more information please contact any board member. Contact information can be found here
