In general, everyone seems pretty pumped about getting custom jerseys. Here is the deal:
We think we have a supplier that will produce custom dye sublimated jerseys for us. This is the new type of jersey where the ink is directly embedded into the fibres and not silk screened on. This will allow us to have a cool jersey design with your name, etc. on the back, the team logo on the front and the North Shore logos on the shoulders.
Tom Pedriks (Sawyer’s dad) is working on a design for us. We have a few mockups posted as documents on this web site. Check them out but don’t get too attached to them as Tom is working on a final design.
The team will need to fund raise to cover the cost of the jerseys. We’ll post more information on this later.
They are going to be about $60 each. We are working with other NS teams to try to make a bigger order and get the cost down.
The jerseys will not arrive until after the start of the season so we will have a regular set of "whites" until then.
