Make up picture day is scheduled for Saturday, April 16, 2011.  Location of pictures will be at Santana park, Pony field #5 behind the outfield fence.  The schedule for make up pictures is as follows:

9:30 A.M. to 11:45 A.M. - Team make ups at assigned scheduled times

11:45 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. - Individual make ups on a first come, first serve basis

Props (bat/glove) must be brought by player.  Studio 1 does not provide props.  Order forms will be available to fill out.  The League does provide a basic picture package.  If you are going to purchase other items, be sure to bring payment with you that day.

This will be the only make up day for pictures.  If teams or individuals cannot take their pictures on this day, other arrangements must be made with Studio 1 directly at (877) 420-4400.

This year's Storm Night is scheduled for Saturday, April 13, 2013.  Game time is 6:05 P.M. and tickets are $10.00 each.  Tickets must be purchased through your team.

Team Moms:  Ticket orders for your team must be turned in with money no later than Thursday, March 28th.  Ticket availabilty cannot be guaranteed after that date.  We will be collecting the orders at the Santana Park snack bar area as follows:

Wednesday, March 20th from 5:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

Thursday, March 28th from 5:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

After weeks of practice it's finally time to play ball.  The following are a few rule and housekeeping items to remember.

* NO METAL CLEATS ON THE SANTANA PARK PITCHING MOUNDS.

* Teams are responsible for returning the bases to the field storage bins at the end of the night.  Bases on field 5 and 6 are to be stored in the field 5 bin.  Bases on field 7 and field 8A are stored in the field 8A bin while the bases on field 8B are stored in the field 8B bin.

* Teams lineup must be listed on the umpire’s scorecard before the game begins. 

* Managers/coaches are to report substitutions to the home plate umpire between innings.

* The umpire’s scorecard is the official record.

* No pre-game infield practice.

Santana Regional Park fields are located at 598 Santana Way.  The park is located at the corner of Magnolia Avenue and Ontario Avenue.  The baseball fields are on the west side of the park.

Raney Intermediate fields are located at 1010 W. Citron Street between Lincoln Avenue and Buena Vista Avenue.  The baseball fields are located on the east side of the school on Buena Vista Avenue.

The city's Parks and Recreational department updates this hotline for all field conditions. For games during the week, the best time to call the hotline is after 3:00 p.m. for that day's field availability.
