ATTENTION: ALL MANAGERS INTERESTED IN 2013 SPRING SEASON
If you are interested in managing a team this upcoming 2013 spring season, you must submit a Request to Manage Form by Wednesday, November 14, 2012. This applies to all managers, for every division, even if you have previously managed a team in Corona PONY.
A mandatory meeting will be scheduled for all applicants to attend prior to submission of any team rosters.
Failure to submit a form may result in not being able to manage a team. Also, submission of the form is not a guarantee you will be able to manage a team.
Please submit your request form as soon as possible. The form can be found in the "Handouts" section.

After the last signups, teams will be formed. Practices will begin in August. Games will start in September and end in November. All games will be played on Sundays.
If the player has not played in Corona PONY, you must bring an age verification document (i.e. birth certificate, hospital certificate, immunization record, etc.). We will not accept your registration without an age verification document. If the player participated in the 2013 Spring season, age verification is not required.
The 2013 League Age and Registration Fee Chart and Registration Form can be downloaded from the "Handouts" section.
If anyone is interested in managing a team, download a Manager Application from the "Handouts" section and turn it in at one of the signups.
NOTE: Due to limited field availability, we can only accommodate a certain amount of teams in each division.
NOTE: We can now accept credit card payments using your VISA, MasterCard and Discover Card. There will be a nominal fee added to each transaction.
