**LATE Registration Coming in JUNE**

Sign-ups in June will incur a $20 late fee.  

 

 Please come prepared with the following at Registration

1. $220 registration fee 
2. (2) copies of the child's birth certificate
3. (2) copies of their report card
4. Proof of residence  
5. Cheerleaders do not need to be present to begin registration process.

ATTENTION returning CHEERLEADERS/families: Unresolved financial obligations (including unreturned equipmentfrom siblings) may impact your registration fees. Those that think they may have these issues should contact the OYFL President or Vice President to determine resolution actions. Thanks!
