Background Checks

In accordance with Little League's Child Protection Program, all local leagues are required to conduct a nation-wide background check on managers, coaches, board members, and any other adult volunteers who provide regular service to the league and/or are in regular contact with players, annually.

In order to complete the background checks, first time volunteers are expected to fill out a Volunteer Application and returning volunteers are expected to fill out a Returning Volunteer Application.  Please return your completed forms to the FLL Safety Officer, AnneMarie Duckworth with a photocopy of your valid government issued photo ID.
