Atoms Mite Clinic Registration 2018-2019

All Atom and Mite players will also need to be registered on the USA hockey website (you will be taken to the USA hockey website after completing checkout on Paypal). Please enter your USA Hockey Confirmation Number on the Google Spreadsheet. It can be located by clicking on USA Confirmation Numbers in the menu on the left and then clicking on the blue link that appears. 


 Beginner Clinic  - Full Hockey Equipment required.  You need to supply your own jersey. Certified hockey helmet with cage, shoulder pads, elbow pads, shin guards, hockey pants, sharpened hockey skates, hockey gloves, hockey stick, hockey practice jersey, hockey socks, hockey undergarments. Mouth guard optional. You need to supply all the above yourselves and test before you go onto the ice and make sure everything fits. Proper fitting safe helmet and equipment is essential. 

NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE ICE WITHOUT PROPERLY FITTING FULL EQUIPMENT. NO PARENTS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE ICE.
