Registration Information

• Online registration is now available for returning players only. Click links above to register online. New players must register in person.
• Registration for all ages will take place at Oatesdale Park on Saturday, February 7, 14 and 21 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Sunday, February 22 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
• Everyone must register regardless of prior participation.
• Boys and girls born between May 1, 1998 and December 31, 2011 are eligible to play. (ages 4-16)
• All new players must have a copy of a valid state birth certificate for the league to keep on file
  (Proof of Age Requirements).
• Players will be eligible to play in Martinsburg Little League only if they reside or the physical location of the school where they attend classes is within the boundaries provided to and approved by Little League Baseball, Incorporated.
• All players must provide a photocopy of four proofs of residence to be kept on file. (Proof of Residency Requirements  must be dated between Aug 1 of previous year and Feb 1 of current year.) OR School attendance shall be established and supported by a document indicating enrollment for the current academic year, dated prior to October 1, 2014 and with the physical location of the school, from ONE of the following categories to determine school attendance by such player:
  1. Official/Certified School enrollment record
  2. School issued report card or performance record
  3. A Little League issued school attendance form completed by the principal, assistant principal or administrator
• The parent or legal guardian with custody of the child must be present to sign the forms.
• Please sign up early so the proper number of teams may be created.
• Signing up late could cause your child to be put on a waiting list until a vacancy occurs.

Both the Application and Medical Release Form need to be filled out by a Parent or Legal Guardian.

All players ages 9 - 12 that were not on a Major Division team last spring and ages 13-14 not on a Junior Division team last spring must particpate in tryouts.
