Organized baseball for the children of Northridge Little League is conducted by volunteers who administer the league for players ages 5 through 18. It is the objective of Northridge Little League that every player in the above age groups who want to play baseball, be given the opportunity to do so. Winning of games and attainment of athletic skills is important in many ways; however, only secondary to our dedicated objective: Molding good men and women for our future. To accomplish this objective, the manager, coaches and other volunteers are requested to teach, along with playing skills, qualities of sportsmanship, teamwork and fair play by concept and example. In this regard, we DO NOT permit umpire baiting and bench jockeying by either players or adults. Please act accordingly.
