| *Section 1. | The Board of Directors shall be elected on the first Saturday in June. |

| *Section 2. | The current Board's election committee shall scout around for possible candidates during the first three (3) weeks in May. |

| *Section 3. | The League Secretary shall post the nomination slate in public view three (3) weeks prior to the election. All paid League Members in good standing, may run for a Board position. The slate shall be removed by the Secretary, the Monday night of election week. No new names will be added after the slate is removed, or during the election. This does not include write-ins or nominations allowed from the floor. |

| *Section 4. | The ballots shall be typed up by the League Secretary before the Election the first Saturday in June. |

| *Section 5. | The Election shall be run by the designated Election Committee. |

| *Section 6. | Voting shall be done in compliance with our Constitution Article IX, Section 6 & 7, and tabulated by two or more independent parties, designated by the Election Committee and overseen by the League President. |
