In order to volunteer, you must fill out a volunteer application AND a Background Screening Form!!
MAA PICTURE DAY
The dates for MAA Picture Day are as follows:
August 27, 2012 @ 5:30 PM for the Freshman and Sophomore teams
August 28, 2012 @ 5:30 PM for the Junior and Senior teams
August 30, 2012 @ 5:30 PM for the Cheerleaders & Board Members

A Complete Registration Packet
For a Registration Packet to be considered complete, you must turn in the following items:
1. 2018 Football/Cheer Application
2. 2018 MAA Equipment Ackowledgement, Code of Conduct and Photo Consent Form
3. MAA Physical Form
4. Concussion Form
5. Copy of the player's/cheerleader's Birth Certificate
6. Copy of the player's/cheerleaders Report Card
7. Payment
