Practice Begins 7/23/18

Monday, Tuesday, & Thursdays @ 6PM (subject to change)

Palmer Park, 574 Palmer Road, Madison, AL 35758

Lower Quad: East Football Field

Attire

Shorts, t-shirt, tennis shoes or football cleats

**Please bring a water bottle and any paperwork that you may need to turn in**

Head Coaches

Flag Coach: TBD

6-7 (Freshman) Coach: TBD

8-9 (Sophomores) Coach: TBD

10-11(Junior) Coach: TBD

Practices vary for each team, but normally occur between 2-3 times per week.  Practices can last for an hour and thirty minutes to two hours.  Practices normally begin at 6:00 PM.  Each Coach will discuss with his/her team an acceptible practice schedule.
