 ... please follow these procedures to ensure a smooth rescheduling of postponed HOME divisional games for Hawthorne Soccer Association:

1. Call the opposing away team head coach to advise of the postponement
2. Target the night that your team practices for the make-up game.
3. Contact our Referee Coordinator (referee-coordinator@hawthornenjsoccer.org) to arrange a make-up game at the Wagaraw field during a week-night (Monday - Friday)
4. Confirm the suggested make-up date and time with the away team head coach.
5. Loop around again with our Referee Coordinator for final confirmation.
6. Contact Hawthorne's head coaches of the teams who are scheduled to practice at Wagaraw on the night of your rescheduled game to advise them to cancel or move their practices.

Remember:

• Make-up games take priority over practices.
• Do not offer to make up a cancelled away game on our home field
