A league that was originally developed to assist the parishes in creating an opportunity for our youth to participate in activities which will enable them to grow and assume leadership roles in our community.
The Cluster League was formed in 2001 with the intentions of providing parishes a teaching and learning environment for the Intra-Mural children, and to gain expeirience in the travel aspect of basketball on a "B" LEVEL of play, and to eventually become better players, unfortunately there arent enough of these teams & parishes left so we went forward and created the "A" League.
The Major League "A Level" was formed in 2003 to accomodate the advanced player and providing parishes and organizations to gain the most out of their players and to prepare them for High School Sports. This league is highly competitive and teams should be prepared to bring their best players.
The I.B.L establishes leagues & programs for our parishes/organizations to compete in sports throughout our community.
