A league developed to assist the parishes in creating an opportunity for our youth to participate in activities which will enable them to grow and assume leadership roles in our community.
The Cluster League was formed in 2001 with the intentions of providing parishes a teaching and learning environment for the Intra-Mural children, and to gain expeirience in the travel aspect of basketball on a "B" LEVEL of play, and to eventually become better players.
The I.B.L establishes leagues & programs for our parishes to compete in sports throughout our community.
