2010 TABB All Star Results
Bronco 12 – Section Champs. The team went undefeated in Section beating a top rated Mira Costa team in the semi-final game. They also had a good run at Super Regional winning their first 2 games before eventually being knocked out.
Bronco 11 – West Zone Champs / World Series Runner Up. This team accomplished something that has not been done in the 50 year history of the league. During their trip to Virginia they went undefeated until the final game where they lost to Mexico.
Mustang 10 – Section Runner Up. After suffering a 1st game loss in Section, the boys rallied for 3 straight wins advancing them to Super Regional.
Mustang 9 – Section Runner Up. The team battled its way after a loss though rebounding to win the lower bracket and advance to Super Regional. In Super Regional they lost in the quarter final game.
Pinto Red – District Champs. After going undefeated in District and knocking off our friendly rival East Long Beach the Red team advanced to Super Regional.
Pinto Blue – The boys did well in District eventually losing in the quarter final game.
Shetland – District Champs / World Series Participant. In the league’s first ever appearance in post season play the Shetland team won District then advanced out of World Series pool play. In WS bracket play they lost to the eventual World Series champion.
