2010 Dominator 14s

It is important that a team moves in the same direction, and I'm not talking about just the players. The Coaches, Players, and Parents all need to work with the same goals in mind. I'm asking you to trust and support me as we move through the boy's final season as Dominators. The Dominator 14's Final season Approach HUSTLE We will be on time for every responsibility We will run out every at bat without explanation We will never give up on a play We will jog to the practice field WE WILL WIN THE HUSTLE GAME!!! APPEARANCE We will have our jerseys tucked in and our hats pointed forward at all times We will have a hat or helmet on when outside the dugout We will leave every dugout better than we found it ATTITUDE We will not posture failure or defeat while on the field We will walk off the field the same way win or lose COMMUNICATION We will make no negative comments to umpires or opponents We will maintain eye to eye contact while communicating We will acknowledge every communication We will verbally support our teammates We will not talk to fans during games We will say "THANK YOU" when something is done for us
